House Activities
The school organizes different House activities through which children may inculcate the spirit of healthy competition among themselves. ECAs (Extra-Curricular Activities) and CCAs (Co-Curricular Activities) are organized on a periodic basis, and children are free to choose their field of interest so that they may enhance their competitive spirit and develop various skills.
Club Activities
The school has formed different clubs, and students may pursue service-oriented activities with a sense of responsibility and competition. Mainly charitable activities are conducted by different clubs, which are managed by teacher coordinators and student executives.
The school follows a very effective mode of assessment, exclusively designed to meet the evaluation criteria set by the CDC (Curriculum Development Centre). Four major terminal examinations evaluate students' progress, and frequent CBTs (Chapter-Based Tests, conducted after the completion of each chapter) keep students engaged and aware of the academic activities they need to follow. Both the CBTs and terminal exams are conducted formally, with proper documentation of each student’s progress in each terminal result. Internal evaluation is another key assessment criterion, carried out by subject teachers in their respective subjects. The internal classroom activities of individual students throughout each terminal are evaluated, and the internal evaluation (IE) percentage is factored into the subject-wise terminal results. Similarly, the Daily Performance Report (DPR), through which subject teachers submit daily classroom and assignment activities of each student to the principal, is considered while preparing subject-wise terminal results. The various evaluation modules combined present a comprehensive terminal report for each student, based on which students are guided to improve their overall academic performance. The school adopts a Continuous Assessment System (CAS), which facilitates one-on-one monitoring of students with detailed evaluation parameters. Its main purpose is to help students understand that consistent engagement in studies and academic activities will ultimately help them overcome even the most challenging academic obstacles.
